Shipping policy

Shipping is optional on selected smaller items.  Where possible it is listed as "standard delivery" and is at the flat cost of £5.95.

We will endeavour to dispatch all standard delivery stock items within 2 working days of the order date.  Orders will be delivered by Royal Mail and could be subject to seasonal or other delays due to mail backlog.

Any damages should be reported to BR Modern Interiors immediately upon receipt of faulty goods, ideally accompanied by clear photographs of any faults.  We will endeavour to rectify any issues with damaged goods in a timely manner.  We cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur after goods have been received by the customer.

BR Modern Interiors reserve the right to change delivery provider without prior notice to the customer, if a more efficient service is available with other providers.

Delivery is not possible on a number of larger and more fragile items such as mirrors and large wall clocks.  For these items, orders can be reserved and paid for online, then collected in store at a time of the customer's choosing.

Delivery is included free of charge on larger orders over £500, to addresses within a 25 mile radius of our store (BT70 2EY).  Subject to stock availability of items, large orders will be delivered in a timely manner to customer, at a prior arranged time booked in with the customer, by telephone, at least one working day prior to delivery day.

Customers should contact BR Modern Interiors directly for a quotation for deliveries to addresses outside of this radius and ensure they are satisfied with the quotation, prior to placing an order with us.  If you select this delivery option of free delivery where your address is further than 20 miles from our store and do not contact us, we will contact you with a quotation for delivery to ensure you are happy, prior to delivery.
